Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused knives in their original protective sleeves and branded boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned cutlery, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
